Bunge North America is seeking a skilled Laborer - Finishing Specialist to join our Operations team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of our finishing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist in the production process, including packaging, labeling, and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
