Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Communications: Efficiently manage incoming calls, messages from the patient portal, and communications from healthcare providers.
  • Conduct Assessments: Employ established protocols to evaluate patient symptoms and determine appropriate care levels, whether emergent, urgent, non-urgent, or suitable for home care.
  • Provide Medical Advice: Deliver patient-centered medical advice, instructions, and recommendations.
  • Refer Patients: Guide patients to the appropriate medical facilities or providers in accordance with established guidelines.
