Primary Duties:

  • Managing the timely processing of all dealership-related state documentation.
  • Handling the acquisition of all dealer titles.
  • Facilitating registrations for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Overseeing the issuance and transfer of license plates.
  • Preparing title documentation for sold vehicles and submitting it to the DMV.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Dealer Track title and registration systems is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proactive attitude and initiative.
  • Excellent writing and grammar proficiency.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background screening.
