Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Department team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Emergency Department team to ensure the delivery of safe, quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided in the Emergency Department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an Emergency Department.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve patient outcomes and departmental performance.
