Key Responsibilities- Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients according to recipes and production specifications.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet production demands.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality products.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Previous experience operating mixing equipment in a large-scale food manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating ingredient quantities.
- Ability to taste recipes and identify potential issues.
