Key Responsibilities of the Financial Planning and Analysis Position:

  • Develop financial forecasts and budgets, and conduct KPI tracking and analysis.
  • Lead initiatives for process enhancement and improvement in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury department on the rolling cash flow process.
  • Compile month-end reporting packages, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.

Qualifications for the Financial Planning and Analysis Position:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance is required.
  • At least three years of experience in financial planning and analysis is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with Power BI is a significant advantage.

Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000.00

This Financial Planning & Analysis role is fully onsite.
