Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hospitality Host to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages during our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback
  • Ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well-organized
  • Maintain food safety standards and ensure supplies are fully stocked
  • Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude
  • Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel, area, and events
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hotel accommodations and services
  • Ability to conduct accurate inventory and calculate order levels
  • Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests
