Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Hospitality Host at Drury Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests during our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback
  • Ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well-organized
  • Maintain food safety standards and ensure supplies are fully stocked
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote the Drury culture to guests and colleagues
  • Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel, area, and events
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services
  • Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels
  • Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests
