We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Exercise Science/Kinesiology graduates to join our team at StretchLab, a leading provider of one-on-one assisted stretching services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients
  • Educate clients on stretching techniques and mobility exercises
  • Create customized stretching experiences for clients
  • Build and retain client relationships through excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Maximize client utilization of sessions and membership through follow-up appointments and outreach
  • Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations
  • Assist sales associates and management with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Attend offsite events and contribute to social media content creation

Requirements:

  • Exercise Science/Kinesiology degree or related field
  • Experience working in a fitness or health environment
