Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Fitness Specialist to join our team at StretchLab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, educating clients on stretching techniques and mobility, and creating customized stretching experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality stretch sessions to clients
  • Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and mobility exercises
  • Create customized stretching experiences for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Maximize client utilization of sessions by booking follow-up appointments and renewing memberships

Requirements:

  • Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for helping people move better and feel better
  • Degree/License/Certification and experience working in a fitness/health environment
  • Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members
