Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to oversee our customer service team and daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, handling escalated customer complaints, and training and mentoring customer service representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues
- Train and mentor customer service representatives
- Ensure excellent customer service and experience
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in customer service
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Compensation: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
