Job Title: Customer Service Advisor II

Huntsman Corp is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships and orders for complex, key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage workload, including order count, call, and email volumes, and provide excellent written and verbal communication with required parties.
  • Manage additional assignments/projects without impacting completion of Customer Service Advisor priorities.
  • Own and manage at least one additional process, such as RMA, CMD, Tracker, OBIEE SME, or onboarding process.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, credit, supply chain, technical, commercial, pricing, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Act as a mentor to peers and complete problem resolution for customers with little guidance.
  • Negotiate with customers to improve process efficiency and make monetary decisions based on sound business knowledge.
  • Assist other CSAs and/or groups to ensure adequate coverage of accounts during planned and unplanned short-staffed situations.
  • Establish goals that help other team members do their work better and support additional projects as directed by T/L or Manager.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Technical or Business with at least 2 years related experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years related experience may be substituted in lieu of advanced degree.
  • Proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Strong typing ability, accurate data entry skills, and ability to communicate clearly both written and orally.
  • Sales & distribution SAP and CRM module experience preferred.
