Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to customers and field sales staff, focusing on CRM products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and field sales staff on CRM products.
  • Develop and lead training programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals.
  • Develop presentation materials using comprehensive personal computer skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • Ability to become certified on CRM products.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience with increasing responsibility in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
