Responsibilities:
  • Configuring and managing the rubber encapsulation machinery in accordance with production specifications, shop orders, and process documentation.
  • Strictly following safety guidelines to create a secure workplace for yourself and your teammates.
  • Operating the machinery with the appropriate mold and temperature settings to ensure peak performance.
  • Consistently achieving production targets in an efficient manner.
  • Performing product inspections to ensure compliance with established specifications.
  • Completing necessary paperwork and executing any required adjustments on nonconforming items.
  • Being adaptable to work at different stations as required to fulfill production needs.
  • Adhering to additional directives from supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Basic literacy, numeracy, and computer skills are advantageous.
