Deburring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Deburring Technician to join our CNC machine shop team in the industrial gas turbine industry.

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from machined components using specialized tools such as deburring wheels, grinders, files, and hand tools.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure finished components meet dimensional and surface quality standards.
• Handle parts carefully to avoid damage during the deburring process and prepare them for the next stage of production.
• Work closely with CNC machinists and quality control teams to maintain consistent product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• 3+ years of experience in deburring or finishing operations, ideally in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with machining processes and experience using deburring tools.
• Strong focus on quality and precision, with the ability to inspect parts for defects and imperfections.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift components as required during the deburring process.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
