As a Registered Nurse Resident at Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital, you will have the opportunity to provide top-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art acute care facility. The 4th Floor Med/Surg and Telemetry Unit is known for its positive attitude and teamwork, making it an ideal place to gain experience and grow as a nurse. As a resident, you will participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs and work alongside a success coach to provide direct nursing care.
Key responsibilities include establishing and/or revising priorities for patient care, responding to data indicating risk to patients' health, and seeking supervision when needed. You will also have the opportunity to document in patients' medical records and participate in a residency program that fosters growth and development.
Minimum qualifications for this role include a graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing, current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, and Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
