Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Solaris HealthCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Admit, discharge, and transfer residents in a safe and efficient manner
Manage medication requisitions with the pharmacy and physicians
Administer medications according to center policies and procedures
Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies
Collaborate with the resident's interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Identify and report any abnormal changes in residents' conditions to proper personnel

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the State
CPR certification
One year of prior nursing experience preferred
