Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Active Directory systems
  • Oversee M365 environments
  • Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Support Arbitrator systems
  • Facilitate BeyondTrust remote access solutions
  • Develop and implement automation scripts
  • Establish and uphold server backup protocols
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure optimal performance of Unix/Linux/Windows servers
  • Maintain and manage business data repositories
  • Administer virtual machine environments
  • Support web server operations for various ISP platforms
  • Ensure the availability of SAN infrastructure and storage solutions
  • Assist in strategic IT planning
  • Support colleagues in maintaining server and network functionality
  • Communicate infrastructure needs and budgetary requirements to IT management

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary information technology trends and capabilities.
  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of four years of relevant work experience in information technology.
  • Proven experience in planning, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network, server, or storage systems.
  • At least four years of hands-on experience in these areas.
  • Expertise in resolving network or server issues.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in addressing such problems.
  • Experience in collaborating with end users to develop and implement IT solutions.
  • At least four years of experience in consulting with clients to meet their computing needs.
  • Experience in a technical lead role for network, server, or storage systems.
  • At least four years of relevant experience in this capacity.
