Job Title: Behavioral Health Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Nursing Specialist to join our Patient Care Team at St. Mary's Health System in Maine.

Job Summary:

The RN is a key member of the Patient Care Team, responsible for delivering high-quality direct and indirect patient care, delegating tasks, supervising, and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect patient care with compassion and respect
  • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellence in patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • A current Maine RN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
  • A graduate degree from an approved Nursing program
  • 1-3 years of nursing experience working with children and adolescents preferred

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
