Director of Operations

Human Capital Associates is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, the Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's overall operation, including production, purchasing and materials, human resources, financial controls, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including production, purchasing, and materials management.
