Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of the vehicle for safety and mechanical integrity.

  • Ensure cargo is secured and balanced within the transport vehicle.
  • Keep a detailed log of work activities in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Plan efficient routes and adhere to delivery timelines.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance on a daily basis.
  • Engage with clients in a professional manner.
  • Carry out pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Document cargo deliveries and confirm load accuracy.
  • Assist with various tasks in the warehouse during non-delivery periods.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Possession of a valid and clean CDL Class B License.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in truck operation.
  • Familiarity with standard transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to pass a background and security screening.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience operating truck-mounted knuckle boom equipment is advantageous.

Employment Type:

  • Full-Time, typically 40 hours per week.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts may include 12-hour, 8-hour, Day, or Morning schedules.
