Lynch Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers, following up on all sales leads, and providing expert advice on vehicles that suit their needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers
  • Follow up on all sales leads from various sources
  • Stay up-to-date on all new vehicle makes and models
  • Provide customers with expert advice on vehicles that meet their needs
  • Sell new and used vehicles from Lynch Companies
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
  • Closing sales and completing necessary paperwork
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in fleet/commercial sales is preferred but not necessary
  • A proven track record for dependability
  • Prior knowledge on upfitting vehicles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
