As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring seamless guest experiences and fostering a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in employee training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Educate guests on products and services, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service
  • Manage cash handling, employee attendance, revenue assurance, and opening/closing procedures

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of retail operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and merchandising. You'll also work closely with the Retail Manager to achieve sales goals and develop strategies to improve store performance.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail and guest services, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
