Position Title: Junior Operations Control Specialist

Location: Remote

Expected Duration: 12 months

Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, ON-SITE

Compensation: $21.12/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Prior technical internship experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in SharePoint, and MS Office Suite (Projects, Excel, Outlook).
Role Overview:
  • Entry-level position focusing on operations coordination.
  • Oversee and track the overall progress of various initiatives, including testing, deployment checklists, milestones, upgrades, environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, and checkpoint communications across domestic and international platforms.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including AM or PM, and provide weekend support as needed.
