Job Summary:

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training and support to Veradigm customers and employees, ensuring their satisfaction and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire comprehensive product knowledge for Veradigm applications to train clients and employees.
  • Develop and deliver application training to clients or employees in various formats, including classroom, online, and on-site training.
  • Present seminars and workshops for Veradigm applications, as well as user group meetings and national conventions.
  • Manage expectations, provide escalation pathways, and document resolution of any issues that may arise during training sessions.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, implementation team members, and other departments to identify training needs, participate in course development, and present topics as needed.
  • Travel to remote offices or client sites to deliver training.
  • Perform Veradigm Healthcare Systems time reporting and billing processes.
  • Utilize expertise in healthcare industry, with a focus on Risk Adjustment, including MA/ACA Risk Scoring methodology and condition categories (HCC).
  • Apply strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively train and support clients and employees.
  • Interface with both external and internal personnel at all levels, demonstrating professional and interpersonal skills.
  • Work within a team environment, contributing to the success of the Veradigm team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
