Role Overview:
The Quality Assurance User Tester is tasked with validating that software solutions align with user expectations and are primed for release through comprehensive testing and evaluation methodologies.
This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to outline testing scenarios, execute evaluations, document findings, and relay insights to the development team.
The User Tester is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of superior software quality that fulfills user requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily user acceptance testing within the loyalty platform, analyze business requirements and technical documentation to formulate testing strategies, design and implement tests, and record outcomes utilizing designated test accounts and datasets.
