Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex technical software projects.
  • At least 7 years of overall project management experience.
  • Proven experience in negotiating project baselines and conducting design reviews.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in engaging with business leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience with agile methodologies, such as SAFe or Scrum.
  • Strong facilitation skills for large meetings with diverse participants.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Background in large enterprise programs.
Education and Experience:

Typically requires advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and around 7 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry, particularly in areas like flight planning and crew management, is a plus.
  • Experience in managing support or services teams is desirable.
  • Background in implementing and coaching teams in agile methodologies is beneficial.
