Join Our Team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist

At Millstone Marina, we are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to enhance our operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. In this role, you will be integral to the upkeep of our marina and recreational vehicle amenities. Collaborating with fellow technicians, you will tackle a variety of maintenance responsibilities, which include but are not limited to carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs. Your meticulous nature and adept problem-solving abilities will be vital in fostering a safe and inviting atmosphere for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the maintenance crew to implement preventative maintenance strategies and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections throughout the facility to identify maintenance and cleanliness requirements.
  • Ensure the timely and high-quality completion of all work orders.
  • Assist in maintaining docks and enforcing marina regulations.
  • Oversee the swimming pool and spa to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Maintain the exterior and interior of buildings and common areas.
  • Follow safety protocols to promote a positive experience for all guests.
  • Adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Support other departments in addressing guest inquiries and needs.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, and structural maintenance.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by marina operations.
  • Capability to undertake additional tasks as necessary.
