Provide daily guidance to site supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.

Coordinate personnel scheduling, manage work orders, enforce safety protocols, and optimize productivity plans with oversight and cross-utilization of different work groups.

Flexibility and Initiative

Attend scheduled and on-demand meetings, system training sessions, tours, and inspections requested by the airports authority and/or user airlines.

QualificationsEducation

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Valid driver's license.

Experience

Ten years of supervisory or managerial experience at a large hub airport.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities.

Proficiency in computer skills for trending, queries, and performance analysis of maintained systems.

Physical Requirements

Capable of lifting and moving up to 49 pounds.

Agility to work in various environments, including outdoors on an airport ramp and in confined spaces around aircraft and baggage conveyor systems.

Work Environment

Office, baggage conveyor system near moving machinery, active airport ramps, vehicles, and aircraft.
