Job Summary

The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of all equipment and systems.
  • Coordinate contractors and manage maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct building tours, QC/Safety Inspections, and maintain the building maintenance log.
  • Manage PM schedules and filing of records as directed.
Requirements
  • Universal CFC Required.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS-Maximo strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable operations and maintenance codes and regulations.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
  • Experience in writing equipment maintenance standard operating procedures (SOP), updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and maintenance record management.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to reference and utilize technical manuals as needed.
  • Ability to follow technical directions from product engineers or technicians.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active SECRET clearance preferred.
  • Experience in decontamination systems preventative maintenance, set up and break down.
  • 10- or 30-hour OSHA certification preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Current CPR/First aid certification preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Basic information technology and electronics experience beneficial (but not mandatory).

Additional Qualifying Factors

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required.
