Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Store Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge to customers.
  • Connect with existing and potential customers, and maintain customer information using company-supported technology.
  • Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces.

  • Commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
  • Flexibility with work schedule, including holidays.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English.
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
