The Container Store is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Welcomes and greets all customers, providing a warm and inviting shopping experience
  • Connects with customers to understand their organizational needs and provides personalized solutions
  • Sells custom closets and other storage and organization solutions, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Processes transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience
  • Introduces and enrolls customers in our rewards program, driving loyalty and retention
  • Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to company standards
  • Supports carryout to customers' cars, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Assists with cleaning routines, including dusting, restrooms, and vacuuming
  • Processes customers' orders for curbside pick-up and/or delivery
  • Organizes the stockroom, ensuring it is well-maintained to support selling efforts

Requirements
  • High school diploma preferred
