About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cashier. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, answer questions about menu items, and offer suggestions and recommendations for add-on items.
• Demonstrate knowledge of POS navigation and operation, efficiently processing orders and handling transactions.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly manner, handle guest inquiries, and process phone orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Perform various tasks such as brewing coffee, preparing fountain drinks, cutting and frying tortillas, packaging desserts, and stocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift supplies up to 70lb, stand for long periods of time (4-8Hrs), and perform light paperwork, including basic math.
• Must be able to carry, bend, stretch, stoop, lift, shake, stir, carry and push frequently, dealing with variations of temperature from hot to cold.
• Frequent washing of hands is required.
• Ability to read orders and receipts is essential.

Benefits:
Taco Tote offers a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching program.

Estimated Salary Range:
$35,000 - $45,000 per year
