Customer Service and Support Specialist

We're seeking a Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at TEKsystems As a key member of our Retirement Services Operational Support Team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to clients across the nation.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll be handling a high volume of client calls, emails, and chats, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex client issues with empathy and professionalism
- Process various retirement account transactions, such as distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding elections
- Analyze and resolve requests inquiries by navigating multiple systems and applications
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in call center or financial services
- The ability to handle high-stress situations with ease
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Data entry experience is a plus
