Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at PCI Pharma Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment to ensure seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the packaging process by making routine and non-routine adjustments to ensure high-quality product.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, repairs, and running adjustments to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
  • Collaborate with production line leads to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting line performance.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to develop technical expertise on all equipment.
  • Promptly escalate safety issues, quality issues, or downtime to supervisors following established protocols.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and/or 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform basic computer tasks.
  • Limited working proficiency in English.
  • High reasoning skills to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables.
  • Pass a mechanical aptitude test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to read measuring devices like micrometers and dial calipers.
  • Knowledge of basic principles of electronics and pneumatics.
  • Understanding of mechanics, drive shaft alignment, and bearing replacement.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance, visual review, oiling, and greasing.
