Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, and repairs to ensure equipment is running at peak performance
  • Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement improvements to prevent future issues
  • Document and drive actions to improve overall equipment reliability and productivity
  • Work with the business units and scheduling teams to maintain a timely and accurate timeline for launches and validations
  • Audit and maintain a high level of 5S in the facility to ensure a safe, organized, and clean work environment
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of applicable maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills, with the ability to perform basic computer tasks and operate common computer programs
  • Ability to speak and read standard English, with a minimum professional proficiency
  • High reasoning skills, with the ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables
Preferred Qualifications
  • Packaging experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • Professional manner and attention to detail
