The campus includes a 1.2-mile public walking trail that meanders through natural wooded areas and past serene ponds.

Additionally, there are two medical office buildings that accommodate various providers and services for our community.

Progressive/Telemetry Unit


This 38-bed unit specializes in caring for adults with a range of medical conditions, including ischemic stroke, COPD, and CHF.

The typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 during both day and night shifts. Our unit is dynamic and fast-paced, providing numerous opportunities for professional growth and learning.

We collaborate as a multidisciplinary team, working alongside physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

Job Summary


The RN Clinical Nurse I is responsible for delivering professional nursing care through thorough assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in alignment with facility policies and protocols under the guidance of nursing leadership.

This role includes maintaining a safe work environment and executing all job responsibilities safely while ensuring clinical and professional competency relevant to the patient population served.
Essential Functions

1. Collects relevant data regarding the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
2. Analyzes assessment data to identify actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
3. Establishes expected outcomes for an individualized care plan.
4. Develops a strategic plan to achieve measurable outcomes.
5. Implements the care plan, coordinates care delivery, and promotes health and safety.
6. Delegates care elements to appropriate healthcare team members according to legal and policy guidelines.
7. Evaluates progress toward achieving goals and outcomes.
8. Practices in a manner consistent with cultural diversity and inclusion principles.
9. Communicates effectively across all areas of practice.
10. Collaborates with healthcare consumers and key stakeholders in nursing practice.
11. Demonstrates leadership within the professional practice setting.
12. Integrates evidence and research findings into nursing practice.
13. Contributes to the enhancement of quality nursing practice.
14. Evaluates nursing practice against professional standards and guidelines.
15. Utilizes resources to provide safe, effective, and fiscally responsible nursing services.

Physical Requirements
Work involves walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Candidates must be able to lift and support up to 35 pounds when handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. Proficiency in English is required. Candidates should possess intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch, along with finger dexterity and critical thinking skills. The ability to respond swiftly to changes in patient and unit conditions is essential. Physical Abilities Testing is required.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required, with a BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support certification is mandatory per policy guidelines.

Applicants must hold a current RN license or a temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of practice. For those declaring a National License Compact (NLC) state as their primary residency, they must meet the licensure requirements of their home state. For non-NLC states, a current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner is required in the state of employment.
