Established in 1997, AdventHealth Celebration Health is a 203-bed facility designed to provide a resort-style healthcare experience. We serve a diverse community, delivering state-of-the-art medical care and innovative clinical solutions that integrate physical and mental wellness.

Role Overview:
The Fitness Class Coordinator is responsible for developing, mentoring, and overseeing group fitness classes and programs. Key responsibilities include:
  • Creating, promoting, and evaluating engaging fitness programs that help clients achieve their wellness goals.
  • Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fostering respectful relationships with members.

Key Contributions:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
  • Welcome members and staff with a positive attitude and exemplary service.
  • Deliver high-quality classes by adhering to scheduled times and preparing lessons in advance.
  • Supervise participants to ensure safety and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Report any incidents or injuries promptly.
  • Coordinate class coverage in case of absences.
  • Promote wellness services at various events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to address complex issues.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Mandatory:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Group Fitness Instructor certification from a recognized agency.
  • CPR and AED certification.
