We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a leader in patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the healthcare team, delegating tasks appropriately and demonstrating accountability.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Ensure patient safety by utilizing the five rights of medication administration, preventing falls, and preventing nosocomial infections.
- Provide education to patients and families on medication management, discharge instructions, and outpatient medical management plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently, utilizing computer systems effectively.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Ability to problem-solve and make comprehensive nursing decisions based on patient assessment and evaluation.
