Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Supporting residents with mobility and positioning needs
  • Transporting residents as necessary
  • Responding promptly to resident calls
  • Monitoring, reporting, and reacting to changes in resident health status
  • Documenting care in residents' electronic health records
  • Participating in mandatory training and educational sessions
  • Helping residents during meal times
Qualifications Required:
  • Ohio State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
  • Strong documentation abilities, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous
  • Consistent work history with excellent attendance
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for elder care
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion for those in need of assistance
