About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in providing exceptional ABA services to our clients. As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the management of client cases, supervise BCBA teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$100,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for quarterly bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and professional development support.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical Leadership: Oversee and advise a team of BCBAs across the region on clinical matters, ensuring high-quality ABA services and adherence to industry standards.
  2. Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of clients, assessing their needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress.
  3. Supervision and Training: Provide supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and other support staff to ensure fidelity to treatment plans.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, maintaining open and effective communication with clients, families, and the Horizons team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
