ABA Therapist and Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Precious Care ABA. As an ABA Therapist and Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized ABA programs for clients in their homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning and monitor client progress.
  • Provide field supervision for clients as required by the treatment plan, ensuring that they receive high-quality care and support.
  • Lead and mentor a team of behavior technicians, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Review session notes and data collected by technicians to ensure that clients are receiving effective care and to identify areas for improvement.
