About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated ABA Therapy Coordinator to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Denver, Colorado. As an ABA Therapy Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, working closely with our expert BCBAs to implement individualized intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate ABA therapy sessions for children in our clinic, ensuring adherence to established protocols and accurate recording of progress
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized intervention plans, ensuring alignment with ABA principles and goals
  • Foster strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Pursue ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
Requirements
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Achievable and maintained RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center
  • Experience working with children, with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with them
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center, with punctuality essential
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, shifting positions quickly, lifting up to 50 lbs., sitting/kneeling on the floor for extended periods, and walking/running short distances
  • Proficient in computer and tablet literacy, as well as ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
