We are looking for dedicated Part-Time Room Attendants. The ideal candidate will possess flexible scheduling, outstanding customer service abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining guest accommodations to guarantee a remarkable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms, ensuring mirrors, sinks, tubs, tiles, and shower curtains are spotless.
- Maintain all areas of guest bedrooms, including changing bedding and cleaning tables, chairs, and lamps.
- Manage waste disposal, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping tasks.
- Restock all amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and coffee supplies.
- Ensure storage areas and cleaning carts are well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.
Our compensation package includes dining and travel discounts, exclusive offers from our business partners, and discount programs for select mobile service providers. Full-time employees are eligible for vacation, paid time off, life insurance, and medical/dental insurance options.
Qualifications:
- Ability to clean a minimum of 16 rooms per 7.5-hour shift according to IHG standards using the Sparkle Program.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred.
- Experience in the hotel industry is advantageous.
