Nurse - Transplant and Oncology

About the Role:- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.
- Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
- Care for transplant, oncology, and medical patients, including pre and post kidney and liver transplant, transfusion and cancer patients, dialysis patients, GI bleeds, sickle cell, and transplant & Oncology patients.
- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
