CNC Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to join our team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. As a CNC, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.
Key Responsibilities- Care for transplant, oncology, and medical patients, including pre and post kidney and liver transplant, transfusion, and cancer patients.
- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.
- Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
- Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
- PC skills.
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
