  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure 100% client amazement and loyalty through friendly and professional interactions.
  • Business Operations: Manage business operations, safety, and truck safety to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management: Establish value and price appropriately to ensure clients understand the value they receive for the price they pay.
  • Staff Management: Utilize a systematic hiring and training process to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Estimating and Scheduling: Conduct client estimates for moving and junk removal services as needed and manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Team Development: Boost team member awareness of company mission and vision to drive goal achievement.
  • Franchise Operations: Run franchise operations to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the Franchise Partner to implement and build new systems and processes.
  • On-Site Operations: On occasion, perform junk removal jobs and moving services, as well as supervise a team of truck team members.
  • Training and Development: Oversee employee training in areas such as sales, logistics, operations, marketing, customer service, profitability, and safety.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce and review operational reports to inform operational decisions.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Execute monthly marketing plans to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent/relevant on-the-job experience.
  • Experience: 3 years' experience managing a service industry operation, preferably in sales, marketing, and operations/systems management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Confident and proactive communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Reliability and Attention to Detail: Extremely reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and liability.
  • Multi-Tasking and Adaptability: Excellent at multi-tasking and adapting to changing priorities and situations.
  • Construction Background: Construction background and experience with basic power tools preferred.
