Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Southland Service Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing complex work orders and claims in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process individual work orders and claims from start to completion
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Conduct extensive research, analysis, and report compilation, adhering to strict SOPs
  • Maintain daily processing flow by receiving, acknowledging, and entering data into various platforms with high accuracy
  • Source, vet, and onboard 3rd-party providers to handle services contributing to our finished product
  • Evaluate cost of work orders/claims vs. intended outcome and make informed decisions for the best interests of the company
  • Develop a knowledge base of client problems and resolutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and process orders/schedule client service appointments
  • Interact with and support company service technicians
  • Collaborate with administration to refine processes and practices
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in the service industry, preferably in claims handling, project management, and/or customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to manage extensive volumes of work with solid decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to exercise initiative and sound independent judgment
  • Must be able to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Willingness to take on additional projects, workload, and cross-train in other departments as needed
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication synergy
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Maintain a positive and focused influence within the team environment
  • Learn and effectively operate Southland digital tools and operating systems
  • Valid Driver's license with a clean MVR
  • Ability to work in-office but willing to work hybrid/remote as job requirements change
