- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to social work staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of social work staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.
- Master of Social Work degree required.
- Current license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker in New York State required.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience and 0-2 years of leadership/management experience required.
