Position Highlights:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients/residents to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
  • Assist in nursing assessments and contribute to individualized care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician directives.
  • Oversee and support patient care delivered by unlicensed personnel.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
